Freelance Aquatics Solution envisioned to create partnership with its clients, companies, swimming coaches and swimming enthusiasts in order to promote total wellness and healthy lifestyle.

Mission

Grounded on its vision, Freelance Aquatics Solutions' mission is to promote swimming as fitness option to most people. It shall offer quality programs, projects, and services.
- It shall offer effective programs, which are personalized, methodological, and scientific.
- It shall support activities related to fitness and well-being.
- It shall provide services that involves training, partnership, and promotion of swimming and swimming coaching as a career.

SWIMMING PROGRAMS

  

Basic

This program includes freestyle/frontcrawl stroke that is taught in a comprehensive step-by-step process. This is suited generally to children ages 6 and above but adults who has no formal swimming lesson as a child are also recommended to take the program.

Corrective

This program is designed for people who are not confident in their swimming skill. The coach will help them do the proper execution. They will undergo thorough evaluation in their performance. 

    

Advance (Level 1 & 2)  

This program is fit to students who are graduates of the basic program. It is intended to teach backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Backstroke and Breaststroke are taught in Level 1 while Butterfly is taught in Level 2.

Competitive

This program is designed for swimmers who want to improve their swimming skill in terms of execution, speed, and stamina in the water. The coach will focus on the swimmers desired stroke for competition. Diet program for competitive swimmers could be included in the program.

Survival & Modified Strokes

This program is created for the aspiring flight steward/stewardess or other professions that requires swimming skill for survival in the water. They will learn the necessary survival skills and modified strokes.

Pool Venues

Freelance Aquatics Solution may utilize any pool upon the agreement with the student. Generally, It conducts lesson in any of the following pool venues:

Philippine Navy Pool

Philippine Air Force Pool

Philippine Army Swimming Pool

Pasay City Sports Complex

RATES

There are two ways of enrollment to avail the different programs; the per hour basis and package basis. The prices are summarized as follows:

Per hour (per appointment)

Instructors’ Fee: Php 300

Other fees: Pool entrance that ranges between Php50- Php125

-         Night lesson pool entrance ranges between Php100- Php125

-         Day lesson pool entrance ranges between Php50- Php100

-         Recommended for busy professionals

Package  (per program)

Rate: Php 3,000

-         Inclusive of pool entrance, instructors’ fee and certificate of completion

-         Recommended for children ages 6 years old and above

SERVICES

Instructors' Training & Demo Teaching

This service gives training to aspiring swimming instructors. This is suited to Physical Education graduates who wanted to land a career in swimming coaching. This service is also designed for school and pool owners who want to put a swimming school in their area.

Partnership

This service provides partnership agreement with prospective individuals (outsource), company, and school who could be partner of the Freelance Aquatics Solutions in its mission and vision.

About the School

Freelance Aquatics Solution is an online swimming school that utilizes freelance concept in meeting the demands of its clients. It operates through outsourcing and partnership with other swimming coaches and experts, companies and academic institutions. It is managed and founded by Mr. Herman L. Briñas.
